We’re seeking a Lead Aesthetician with advanced skincare knowledge and strong leadership capabilities. If you’re highly experienced, driven, and passionate about client care and industry innovation, we’d love to meet you.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Deliver advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments (Candela Laser, Vella Shape III, microneedling, injectables)
• Conduct skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Lead and mentor other estheticians, promoting a culture of professionalism and growth
• Manage client schedules, inventory, and treatment documentation
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and high-standard treatment environment
• Leverage social media for brand engagement and client acquisition
• Stay updated on trends, technologies, and continuing education opportunities

✅ Requirements:

• 10+ years of aesthetic experience
• Certifications in:
• • Neurotoxins
  • Advanced Fillers
  • Candela Laser
  • Vella Shape III
  • Microneedling
• Strong client communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized and digitally proficient (client management, marketing)
• Confident, compassionate, and polished professional presentation

💰 Compensation:

• $25/hour base
• Commission structure available
