Wave of Wellness is seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to lead operations at our growing medical aesthetics and weight loss clinics. This leadership role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, spearheading marketing initiatives, and ensuring exceptional client experiences—all while upholding our core values of professionalism, growth mindset, integrity, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across both clinic locations

• Lead and support staff, ensuring effective training, engagement, and performance

• Manage financial performance, including revenue growth and operational efficiency metrics

• Enhance client satisfaction through operational excellence and high-touch service

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and staff certifications

• Spearhead digital and grassroots marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and growth

• Manage retail product performance, inventory oversight, and product education

• Collaborate with leadership on business development and expansion initiatives
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in management, preferably in a medical, wellness, or hospitality setting

• Experience in sales, team leadership, and marketing

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• A growth-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial drive

• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment

• A passion for aesthetics, wellness, and exceptional client care

• Self-motivated, hard-working, reliable, and team-oriented professional
